Unit 8 What can you do? (第一课时)

教学内容

《牛津小学英语1A》第八单元,第一课时

教学目标

1.能听懂、会说动词run  jump  sing  dance ,发音准确

2.能听懂特殊疑问句What can you do? 并能用I can ...来回答,语音语调准确

教学重点:

  1. 学习单词run  jump  sing  dance
  2. 学习句型I can...

教学难点:

1.能熟练地运用句型I can ... 表达自己的想法

2.sing  dance  run  jump 的正确发音

教学准备:

1.单词、句型卡片,动物头饰(猫、狗、猪、牛、鸭和兔子头饰各一)

2.手鼓一个(正面画一个大问号,背面贴若干糖果),将糖果吊在丝线上

3.课前在黑板上画一只兔子(缺一只眼睛、一只耳朵和一个鼻子)

教学过程:

Step1  Warm up

1Greetings

TGood morning, boys and girls.

What’s your name?

S1:I’m …

T:Hello! / Good morning,….

     2. T:Now boys and girls, please follow me.(师发命令)

           Stand up/ hands up/ /hands down/ sit down./ touch your nose/ touch your mouth/ touch your eyes/ Turn around…

        S:生做动作

        Say a rhymeHands up, hands down.

                    Follow me ,and turn around.

3. TWell done. Now let’s play a game. Let’s guess. What’s this ?

     师学动物叫声:Miaow ,Miaow /Moo, Moo /Oink, Oink /Quack, Quack /Woof, Woof

SIt’s a cat/ cow/ pig/ duck/ dog.

Say a rhymeI’m a cow, Moo ,Moo.

            I’m a duck, Quack ,Quack.

            I’m a cat, Miaow ,Miaow.

            I’m a pig, Oink ,Oink.

            I’m a dog, Woof, Woof.

Step2  Presentation

  1. Teach “I can ...”

师手指黑板上的兔子

TLookIs that a cat/ cow/ pig/ duck/ dog?

 S: No, no, no.

 T: It’s a rabbit. Look, one eye, one ear, one mouth, what’s missing? Oh, I can draw an eye, who can draw ?请学生上前将兔子的另一只耳朵和鼻子补充画完。

    出示can   “”  (加入动作)

 TCan , can .I can.     引导学生练习这句话  

 TI say “can, can ” you say “I can.”

 (分组,男女生,师生操练)

  1. Teach “run”

T:Look! I can draw, I also can run .(师做动作)

  PPT出示:  run   单词操练  (集体、个人、分组、集体) 指读

Say a chant:Run, run ,I can run.   (请学生加上动作操练)

(师戴上小狗头饰)

TI am a dog. I can run. (师模仿dog跑的动作)

Which animals can run?

S: I am a ...  I can ...  (师引导学生用其他动物来操练run )

(PPT出示各种教过的动物图片,学生集体练习I am a ...  I can ...)

老师出示问号,师生问答

T:run, run, who can run?

Ss:run, run, I can run.

(学生齐声回答之后,请说的好的学生依次跟在教师背后,围绕教室穿梭奔跑。)

  1. Teach “jump”

T:Run, run, I can run.

Run, run, who can run?

S1:Run, run, I can run.

(师奖励糖果,由老师直接发到手中到学生跳起来抓手鼓上的糖果.引出jump)

T:Look! The rabbit can run. It can jump, too.

PPT出示: jump  单词操练 (集体、个人、分组、集体) 指读

Say a chant:Jump, jump, I can jump.

           老师出示问号,师生问答

T:I can jump. Jump, jump, Who can jump ?

Ss:Jump, jump, I can jump.

(出示丝带吊着的糖果,请2名同学一组,跳的高者得到糖果。)

4.Practice :Say a chant   (集体、个人、分组、男女生)

Run, run ,I can run.

Jump, jump, I can jump.

      5. Teach “sing”

         T:I can run. I can jump. I can sing, too.

            Listen! I can sing a song. “Hello”

         师生齐唱“Hello”

          PPT出示:   sing    单词操练 (集体、个人、分组、集体) 指读

Say a chant:Sing, sing, I can sing.

老师出示问号,师生问答

T: Sing, sing, who can sing?

S1:sing,sing,I can sing (分别领唱所学歌曲)

      6. Teach “dance”

T:I also can sing “小白船”,伴随着校园集体舞的音乐老师边唱边跳

              I can sing. I can dance.

          PPT出示:  dance  单词操练 (集体、个人、分组、集体) 指读

Say a chant:Dance ,dance,I can dance.

T:I can dance. Can you dance? Dance with me.

(师请2—3人dance示范,手挽手跳)

 S:Dance ,dance,I can dance.  

T:Dance with your partner.

师生集体伴随着集体舞的音乐翩翩起舞。 标第

 7.Practice :Say a chant  (集体、个人、分组、集体)

Step3  Consolidation

  1. Play a game:Magic eyes
  2. Read the words.   (闪动单词卡片)

3. Ask and answer

T:I can sing. What can you do? (出示课题 “你会做什么?”)

S:I can ...(给上来的同学奖励相应的动作图片)

Step 1: Revision

1.Free talk

T: Good morning.

Ss: Good morning.

T: This is a book.

S1: This is a bag.

T: Is this a bag?

S2: No, it’s a pencil box.

T: I see. Listen to me, touch your pencil box.

   S做动作

T发指令,S做跟随指令反应。

T:Touch your nose/mouth/eye/ear.

2.  Play a game: act and say

T: I can touch my…, too. Look! What else can I do?

T做动作,S来说单词。

  Eg: T 做一个跳的动作,S说 jump

   T: Yes, I can jump.

   T带S说 Jump, jump, jump, I can jump.

3.  The same way to review run, sing, dance.

  1.  Say a rhyme.

T: Now, let’s say the rhyme.

Sing, sing, sing, I can sing.

Dance, dance, dance, I can dance.

Jump, jump, jump, I can jump.

(学生边说边加动作表演。)

Step 2 Presentation and practice

  1. Sing the song 《I can sing》.

T展示光盘上的歌词

a.小朋友示范读一读歌词。

b.齐读歌词。

c.播放音乐,让S感受其节奏、韵律。

d.学唱歌曲,并加上动作。

e.多种形式的表演唱(男女生、小组对抗赛,个人演唱争霸赛)

  1. T: (将玩偶Tommy介绍给学生) Well down! Look, this is my friend, Tommy.

Tommy:Hello, boys and girls.

Tommy: You sing so well, I want to join you.

(T 向学生作适当的解释)

T: Let’s sing the song with Tommy. (S和Tommy一起唱这首歌)

  1. T 新授句型 “What can you do?”.

 Ss read it one by one.

 也可以开小火车形式读,如:what, can, you, do, what can you do?

T 拿出 Wang Bing, Mike, Su Hai, Helen的头饰,T将头饰戴在任意一位学生的头上。
