　　2)如甲方没有自身网站，乙方为甲方提供空间放置关于甲方的_____页内介绍页面(甲方自行设计制作，交由乙方通过后由乙方为甲方放置);

　　6.动态了解会员______在园区就业的毕业生信息;

　　7.甲方在服务期内可在______信息频道中不限量发布______会员的各类信息。

　　三、甲方承担以下义务

　　1.须妥善保管好本单位的用户名及密码，不得转借给其它的单位或个人使用。通过网站数据库所查询到的信息仅供会员单位使用，不得透露给其它单位或个人。甲方发布信息必须公开本单位全称，且不得替其它单位发布任何信息。由于会员单位保管用户名及密码不善或泄露数据库信息所带来的损失，由会员单位承担;

　　2.应根据本单位的实际，提供正确无误的单位介绍资料及图片，发布切实有效的信息。如信息有变动，应及时通知乙方对网页内容进行修正。由于提供内容有误所带来的后果由甲方承担。如因乙方信息更新不及时所带来的后果由乙方承担;

　　四、协议生效后，乙方保证当天提供用户名及密码，甲方须在两周内交清会员费。会员单位会员费为_____元人民币/年。

　　五、备注

　　1.甲方在__________中进行的一系列发布和查询服务均为远程操作;

网站服务协议书

　　委托方：cc(以下简称甲方)

　　第一条：服务内容

　　乙方接受甲方的委托为其提供航空、公路、国内快递等运输服务。

　　第二条：服务确认方式

　　1、乙方通过电话或传真接受甲方委托，提供上门收货、提供运单、检查等服务。

　　2、达成委托后甲方应及时将运输所需全部手续移交给乙方(所运货物需办理审批、检验手续的)。

　　3、乙方接受甲方委托后应及时办理相关货物手续，按双方协商同意的承运方式及服务收费标准开具工作单，依协商的承运方式、期限规定将物品运至目的地。

　　第三条：运送过程中的安全要求注意事项

　　1、甲方所托运的货物应有合理的、符合安全运输的包装，应参加保险，保险费‰由甲方支付，乙方可代其办理;乙方应保证在上述服务过程中货物的安全，如造成货物丢失、短少、损坏等现象的，按货物的投险申明价值赔偿，最高不超过货物的投险价值。甲方未参加保险的货物若遗失、损坏，乙方按有关规定向甲方赔偿，国内货物最高赔偿额为当票货物运费的3倍(文件按1公斤计)。

　　2、 从承运货物时，至收货人签收时止，乙方对货物的遗失、短少、变质、损坏承担全部责任。但有下列情况之一除外：

　　(1)、不可抗力;

　　(2)、货物的自然属性合理损耗或性质变化;

　　(3)客户自行包装，因内在缺陷，造成货物受损;

　　(4)客户自行包装，外包装完好而内装货物毁损、短少或遗失;

　　(5)甲方或收货方本身的过错;

　　(6)经了解查证非乙方责任造成的损失;

　　3、 收货签收后，该货物产生的遗失，短少、变质、污染、损坏等一切风险随之转移到收货人处，乙方不负责任。

　　第四条：双方的权利义务

　　1、甲方有权要求乙方查寻货物运输过程中的信息反溃

　　2、甲方有义务按合同约定时间与乙方进行结帐，出现违约时承担其相关责任。

　　第五条：争议

　　本合同在履行中发生争议，双方应友好协商解决;如有其他未尽事宜，可另行协商，达成的协议作为本合同的附件，附件与本合同具有同等的法律效力。
